Haha, I think Astronomy Horror has been a genre for a while now with black holes and Heat Death and the Big Crunch. I love it, though sometimes I feel it’ll give me an existential crisis.

I’ve heard some scientists say that they welcome the idea of God and the paranormal. I don’t think the point was ever to disprove God but rather there’s simply never been any evidence to justify a belief in him. And certainly not a religion. The scary part too is that science and technology might propel humans themselves into having god-like abilities…
